The workhorse and the only braai we build. A freestanding stainless steel braai with a winder grid and double side shelves. It disassembles to fit in a canvas bag, so the lapa, the patio and the hunting camp all get the same fire.

The whole braai is built from 3mm 304 stainless steel. Not a stainless skin over mild steel, not a painted box that looks the part for one season. Thick plate holds heat, resists warping and shrugs off weather, so the braai you buy is the braai you keep.

Stainless steel asks for very little. Season it, wash it, dry it and keep it out of standing water. Do that and the fire box will outlive the house it stands next to.
